THE BLACK PENNY COFFEE

The magical flavours of The Black Penny's coffee commenced their journey at a height of up to 2200 metres, up in the steep hillsides of Narino where local farmers select the fresh coffee cherries.
All our coffee cherries are hand-picked by the farmers with fermentation taking place 12 to 16 hours before they are washed and separated from any damaged cherries.
Why is our coffee is so special?
The Black Penny's coffee is exceptional for three reasons.
- We always use fresh, specially selected hand-picked coffee cherries.
- We do not use automated coffee machines, but special barista coffee grinders.
- Our baristas are industry professionals who are able to create perfect recipes.
